If PCMFflash (or similar software as I can see on the screenshot) does not support it (I know it does not support some early DIT ECU versions), then FastECU won't help.

LV9N001E - Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0 DIT 2MB Hitachi SH72543R. FastECU supports Hitachi SH72543R, what a problem?
Maybe need to try it first, then ask?

ecu was locked in end by ecutek bastards thats all been fixed back to stock and tuned nice, question i have can these cvt transmission be read via fast ecu ? to be able to edit maps in tcu ?

There is no definitions for TCU modules. Forget it.
