SH72543 .bin/calibration file

Does anyone with a ~2017 diesel Subaru have a .bin file they can share with me? My CID is JF7D101H but I'm hoping flashing to a newer one, such as JF7D102H, will fix an issue I have, where on initial power cycling I get a c1424 (engine abnormal) code in the VDC/ABS. The ECM isn't actually throwing any codes, just the VDC/ABS. Some Legacys/Outbacks/ascents had this same issue and a reprogram of the ECM with newer software fixed the issue
