BIU BACKUP / CLone
I have a 2008 legacy and The BIU has a short in it and i dont have any interior lights. Everything else works. I've tested from relays to fuses and the Wires.. Swapped in a used BIU from another car same year and all my lights work again. The dealer wants over 1k I already have new transponder keys cut and ready to go. Is there a way to backup and close my setup to the other biu? The local Subie dealer told me they cant.

Just resolder EEPROM from original BIU to "new" one.
